Our standard shipping time is 3-7 days. However, the exact delivery time depends on the quantity of cable trays ordered and the complexity of the manufacturing process required. For large custom orders, we will provide a detailed production schedule and delivery timeline after confirming your specifications.
Do you provide test reports and certificates?
Yes. All Fengtu cable trays, cable ladders, bus ducts, and seismic supports come with product test reports. Our cable tray product range includes test reports for: fireproof color steel coated cable trays, 304 stainless steel cable trays, galvanized steel cable trays, hot-dip galvanized cable trays, and aluminum alloy cable trays. We also provide export certifications and ISO 9001 quality management system certificates.
Are you a real factory or a trading company?
We are a genuine manufacturer. Our factory is located at No. 886-7, Xinggang East Road, Dalu Town, Jingkou District, Zhenjiang City, Jiangsu Province, China. The factory covers 5,110 m² with cable tray workshops, spray coating workshops, and electrical assembly workshops. We welcome factory visits and can provide video tours upon request.
Do you have cable trays in stock for immediate delivery?
Yes, we maintain 2,000 tons of ready stock in our 4,000 m² warehouse. Standard sizes including 50mm, 100mm, 200mm, and 300mm widths are typically available for immediate shipment. Custom sizes and special finishes require production lead time. Contact us with your specifications for current stock availability.
Can you provide OEM/ODM custom manufacturing?

What payment terms do you accept for export orders?
